Performance pays off

Success has many faces, but one thing remains the same: Those who put in the effort will be rewarded! Our story today is about Mobin, a valued team member who joined us about two years ago.

Mobin came from Iran to Germany – full of hope, but also with uncertainties. A new country, a foreign language, a different culture – and then the challenge of finding a job. His German was not perfect, which made the job search even more difficult. He told us that he had sent countless applications all over Germany. But everywhere he received rejections. Why? Was it because he is a foreigner? Because he is Iranian? Or perhaps because he wanted to programme, even though he is an electrical engineer? He still does not know the answer to that.

But what we know is: We gave him the chance to prove himself. And he did! Today, two years later, Mobin has not only settled into his career – he has made a home in Wetzlar, got married, and has become an indispensable part of our team.

His commitment and passion have paid off. Despite language challenges, he has steadily improved and never given up. Now he receives his first self-chosen company car from Auto Weller, a black Ford Kuga Hybrid with 243 PS, as a team member of Tie Solution – a sign of his hard work and success. Because for us, it doesn't matter where you come from or what your skin colour is. What matters is what you achieve.

Performance pays off – and Mobin is the best proof of that.
