Your tasks

During your dual study at Tie Solution GmbH, you will be gradually integrated into our international fashion and accessories business and specifically prepared for responsible tasks. You can expect real projects with real impact:

• International trade understanding – You will learn about global processes, collections, and distribution structures and build solid know-how in the B2B fashion business
• Customer consulting & communication – You support international clients and brands via phone, digital tools, and virtual meetings, and accompany projects from inquiry to implementation
• Operational responsibility – You assist our department and project managers in day-to-day business and actively work on real customer projects
• Further development – You continuously develop yourself professionally and personally through targeted training
• Contributing ideas – Your perspective matters: You optimise processes and actively shape them
• Direct exchange with management – You take on responsibility early and work closely with the leadership level
• Practical projects – You realise your own projects and gain valuable international experience

Your profile

We are not looking for standard applicants. We are looking for people with a performance mindset, pace, and the ambition to really make a difference in the international fashion and accessories business.

• (Specialised) A-levels with ambition – You see your higher education entrance qualification as a starting point for a performance-oriented career
• High-performance mindset – You think in results, not in tasks. You are quick, solution-oriented, and take responsibility proactively
• Strong communication skills in an international environment – You present yourself confidently, think entrepreneurially and communicate clearly – in German and ideally in other languages
• Self-motivation & discipline – You work independently, want to measure yourself and be better than average
• Passion for trade, fashion & brands – You are interested in the mechanics behind fashion: markets, customers, speed and scaling. Initial practical experience is a plus, but not a must

Structured dual study programme

You work five days a week within our business hours (Monday to Friday) and will be actively involved in our operational and international processes.

You will complete your theory phases in blocks at your chosen partner university – perfectly aligned with your practical experience in the company.

Performance & Support
Tiered remuneration:
1st year: approx. €850 gross/month
2nd year: approx. €950 gross/month
3rd year: approx. €1,150 gross/month

Coverage of the full tuition fees
Mobility allowance of up to €30 net per month (full funding from 7 km, pro-rata below)
