Strategy & Visibility
Design and implement an aggressive SEO strategy focused on global organic traffic and sustainable growth.
Plan international SEO roadmaps with GEO focus (Generative Engine Optimization) – optimise content so that it is preferred to be cited and used by AI search assistants and LLMs.
Implement local and long-tail SEO strategies that generate not just clicks, but conversations.

Analysis & Performance
Conduct KPI tracking and deep data analysis: organic rankings, search intelligence signals, click behaviour, AI answer rankings, SERP features.
Identify „sleeping treasures“ in our content portfolio and awaken them specifically for new growth impulses.

Technology, Onpage & Offpage
Manage technical SEO optimisation including Core Web Vitals, structured data, crawl budget management and mobile performance.
Develop internal and external linking strategies with a clear focus on authority, relevance and natural link profiles.

AI & LLM Integration
Develop content and SEO assets that actively utilise, cite and prefer LLMs – optimised not just for humans and search engines, but for all digital intelligences.
Test and iterate prompts, template optimisations and structured data to maximise visibility in generative response solutions.

Team leadership & coaching
Work cross-functionally with content, product and tech.
Coach internal teams on SEO best practices and equip your team with the tools to become SEO champions.

You are a fit for us as an SEO Manager if…

✔ You bring 5+ years of SEO experience – including at least 2 years at management or lead level.
✔ You are a data and tech nerd – HTML, CSS, CMS (ideally WordPress), SEO tools (e.g. SEMrush, Ahrefs, GA4).
✔ You understand GEO and know the significance of AI models that read, evaluate, and recommend content.
✔ You speak fluent German or English – and can convincingly convey your strategic ideas.
✔ You do not want to manage – you want to dominate.
