As a working student in Customer Support, you are the first voice our customers hear – in German or another language? You make every conversation a positive experience and are an important part of our team that combines fashion, design and excellent service.
What to expect
- Support for our customers over the phone – ideally in German and another language, other languages are a plus
- Proactive information on delivery status, tracking and our products
- Support with logistical questions in close collaboration with internal teams and partners
- Exciting insights into an international fashion accessory company – from design to production to sales

What you bring
- Ongoing bachelor's or master's degree, ideally with an economic or fashion-related focus,
- Enjoy talking on the phone and strong communication skills
- Empathy, service orientation and team spirit
- Confident handling of MS Office and willingness to learn new tools
- Very good German language skills and knowledge of Man are particularly in demand, language skills are also a plus
- Passion for fashion
