Today, we would like to express our great gratitude to Johannes Ehemann, whose unique artworks have been the inspiration for our latest delivered collection of silk scarves. It was an extraordinary experience to attend the vernissage at the city gallery of Wetzlar and personally experience the works of this talented artist.

Johannes Ehemann's creative approach is fascinating: He starts with photographing authentic everyday situations or people. Then he prints these photos on glossy paper, only to crumple them afterwards. Through this unique random process, each work develops an individual characteristic. He then transfers the motif onto wood and processes the plate by milling to adjust the shapes. The result is oversized, realistic and colourful paintings that fascinate and enchant.

For us at Tie Solution GmbH, it was a challenge and a joy at the same time to interpret and convey this fascinating art in the form of our silk scarves. Each scarf in the Limited Edition carries the essence of his works, which inspire through colors, shapes, and expression.

The exhibition runs until Sunday, April 26, at the City Gallery of Wetzlar in the Cultural Center (Bahnhofstraße 6 in Wetzlar).
