Your Tasks in Online Marketing & SEO

Further develop international websites & WordPress environment

You are responsible for the further development of our corporate website and our international online shops in over 35 languages.
The entire platform is based on a custom-developed WordPress solution, built and continuously developed by our in-house development team. This gives you the opportunity to implement new ideas without lengthy coordination processes and to realise innovative SEO, AI search, and e-commerce solutions together with our developers.

Optimising SEO, Content & AI Search

You develop modern SEO strategies and create search engine optimised content for various markets.
In doing so, you think not only in terms of Google rankings but also in AI search systems and new AI-based search technologies.

Conversion optimisation in e-commerce

You analyse user behaviour, traffic data, and shop performance.
Based on this, you derive specific measures to improve the conversion rate and implement them together with the team.

Build affiliate marketing & partner networks

You manage our affiliate platform and strategically develop our network of publishers, partners, and cooperation companies.

Create SEO & affiliate landing pages

You work closely with our in-house development team to create high-performance landing pages with a clear focus on SEO and performance.

Backlinks & content collaborations

You initiate strategic content collaborations and sustainably build high-quality backlinks for our international websites.

Data analysis, reporting & Google Ads

You analyse SEO, GEO, and performance data and derive clear recommendations for action.
Additionally, you support the further development of our Google Ads strategies.

AI Tools & Automation in Marketing

You test and utilise modern AI tools and develop new workflows to make marketing processes more efficient and scalable.

Team Building & Leadership Responsibility

With the growth of the brand, you will increasingly take on leadership responsibilities.
You build your own online marketing team, develop new talents, and actively shape the future marketing structure.

Your Profile as an Online Marketing Specialist

• Experience in online marketing, SEO, e-commerce, or performance marketing
• Strong understanding of digital visibility, SEO, and AI search
• Confident in using analytical tools and data-driven work
• Initial experience with AI tools or interest in AI-supported workflows
• Hands-on mentality and eagerness for quick implementation
• Very good English skills, German is an advantage
• Online Marketing Specialist Home office or freelancer is not desired
